"I was very dissatisfied with my haircut here, and the atylist seemed more interested in selling me product than making sure I was happy with the cut. I would not recommend going here, and definitely will not back."

"Just left there and did not get my haircut. Checked in online and it told me I would have a 25-minute wait which was fine. i waited for over an hour and still no haircut with the stylist I requested as she was basically hitting on the guy she was cutting the hair before me and took way too long and when she was done she spent another 20 minutes messing around on the computer and didn't even acknowledge that I was waiting in line for her to cut my hair. Dena was an absolute joke and what horrible customer service."

"Horrible place. Never been treated so rudely at a hair salon in my life. The receptionist rolled her eyes at my family. My young children noticed it. She was very rude and unprofessional her name was Michelle. I left a comment on their Facebook page today and they deleted it. So I'm leaving a comment here. I took my four children and we got our hair cut in Ankeny at Great Clips. This place will never have my family's business. I would suggest you find another place to get your haircut as well."

"I would not recommend this place. The manager is incredibly rude. I called up to this location about 6pm because the website wasnt working, asked them if something was wrong and who ever answered the phone was also rude and told me it was just me and that other people were able to check in online. Told me since I couldnt get it to work, my best bet was to come in and check in but since they had an hour wait, if I had an errand to run I could do that. So I choose to just go in and check in both of my sons for a haircut. Someone else had called in and I overheard them on the phone telling those people that our website was down. So appartently none of the employees have any idea what each other is saying. I didnt say anything and continued to check in. I told the girl up front (she just finished checking someone out) that I was going to run next door to Me and Mommy To Be. She said ok. I was gone about 15 minutes. As soon as I walked back in the rude manager came up to me and said "I took you off the list because I told you that you needed to stay in here if it was past closing." So many things are wrong with that..... (1) I never spoke to the manager, so there is no way she told me anything (2) it was only 7pm, they dont close until 8pm (3)the person I talked to on the phone told me to plan to run an errand due to the wait time. (4) her attitude! That is not customer service. I would stay far away from that place. I will never go back and dont recommend anyone to go there."

"My husband and I both got hair cuts. I was so pleased that though they cut womens hair, they don't style it! We were both thrilled at the service we got! Go Rori!"

"Loved my stylist and I always get them mvp. She did a fantastic job on my beard trim. I give her 5☆☆☆☆☆ but I would give it an over all a 5 star rating if the cost wasn't as step. By the time you leave a tip you at close to $50."

"Being a National Traveler and finding places to get my hair cut is a pain, This lady with the red hai was very unprofessional, rushed through, and treated me like I was nothing. All other people in the shop had great hair cuts and stylist actually took their time. Not my fault I was born black!!! Worst hair cut I ever had!!!"
